Alwane sets up new committee to boost Bahraini youth skills

Active Leaders for Women's Advancement in the Near East (Alwane) Bahrain has announced the formation of a youth committee to help implement key initiatives, projects and programmes aimed at developing the skills of the kingdom's youth and boosting their contribution to the country's development.
 
The committee will focus on new areas of innovation and creativity for young people, such as renewable energy, biology, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence applications, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, non-fungible token (NFT), Metaverse, and other trending topics, stated Maryam Ali, the Head of the Youth Committee.
 
Ali said the new committee will work in particular with Bahraini girls pursuing financial independence and actively contributing to supporting their families, in keeping with Alwane Society's pertinent objectives.
 
"To achieve a sustainable impact, this committee aims to empower Bahraini youth by investing in their talents, developing their skills, boosting their awareness, and advancing their initiatives through a professional work system and effective collaborations," explained Ali.
 
"We welcome Bahraini youth who want to help their country and improve their skills, and we encourage everyone to participate in the committee's scope of work and efforts," she added.-TradeArabia News Service
