Bahrain-based Gulf Future Business (GFB) has signed an agreement with the Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai (RIT) for co-operation in conducting specialised technology and innovative educational programmes in the kingdom.

"Our partnership with RIT will enable us to offer technology-based educational programmes with advanced curricula relevant to emerging technologies and modern science," remarked GFB chief executive officer Ahmed Al Hujairi, after inking the deal with RIT president Dr Yousef Al Assaf.

“This will lead higher education in preparing students for successful careers since RIT corporate relations include renowned technology companies including American Packaging Corporation, AutoDesk, Cisco, ClearCove, Helios Interactive and Newtex,” he added.

Dr Al Assaf said: “We are delighted to enter this collaboration with GFB to achieve our common vision of providing solutions and educational programmes for the Bahraini market in accordance with the highest international standards.”
