Restrata names global head of monitoring unit

Restrata, a global leader in security design consulting and emergency response solutions with a major presence in the region, has appointed Morgan Rees in the newly created role of Global Head of Monitoring and Response. 
 
Headquartered in the UAE, with offices and representatives throughout the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Asia and Europe, Restrata provides a range of services including physical security consulting, situational awareness and telematics, crisis and continuity management, workforce development and full outsourced managed services.
 
It offers a range of consultancy, tracking, monitoring, response and technology services to give clients a complete suite when looking to build resilience to the risks every business faces. 
 
In his new role, Rees will be based between both the Aberdeen and Dubai offices. He will be responsible for evolving the business by introducing new products and expanding its service offering globally, said a statement from Restrata. 
 
Currently the company offers its products and services in the UK, Europe, MEA and Asia Pacific regions with the aim to expand its reach further afield as part of Rees’s role. 
 
Rees bring with him his extensive experience gained from various senior and advisory roles within the technology, offshore, maritime, and travel risk management industries to the company and its management team. 
 
On his appointment, Rees said: "I’m joining Restrata during an exciting time for the company. My main focus will be growing both what we offer and where we can deliver it. Some plans are already in motion, with partnership conversations started, which will in turn strengthen our core offering."
