L’Oréal favourite employer in FMCG sector in UAE

DUBAI, December 15, 2016

L’Oréal has been voted as the most attractive employer for business students amongst Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Over 12,600 students, of different majors, from 43 universities participated in Universum’s “Most Attractive Employers Ranking” survey.

The survey offered comprehensive insights into students’ views on their future careers, prospect employers, in addition to what they consider as the most important factors in their employment decision.

Amongst business students, L’Oréal ranked as eighth most attractive employer across all sectors, up from number nine in 2015, whereas in Saudi Arabia, business students ranked L’Oréal as eighth most attractive employer, up from 11 in 2015.

A total of 12,637 students were surveyed, out of which 7,637 were from 30 UAE universities including UAE University, Zayed University, and American University of Sharjah. In Saudi Arabia, the survey covered 5,000 students from 13 universities, including King Saud University, Effat University, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and Dar Al-Hekma University.
