MSI Global expands into Middle East market

MSI Global Talent Management is set to host a strategic human resource (HR) workshop in Dubai, UAE for key HR decision makers in the Middle East.
 
The workshop, which will take place on October 27, will provide cutting edge solutions for maximising the impact and strategic value of HR leaders to their organisations in the Middle East today, said a statement.
 
The current HR and talent management hot topics will be addressed by an expert panel of senior practitioners from the region including Brad Boyson, SHRM, regional director; Murtaza Khan, Fragomen, partner and practice leader; Mohammad Laghari, ALJ International, chief HC officer; Javier Sanchez, MetLife, VP Talent Management; and Atul Varma, Grant Thornton, director Corporate and Outsourcing. 
 
In addition, Arda Atalay, LinkedIn head of UAE will be speaking on the subject of connectivity and talent mobility.
 
The workshop session topics and takeaways will include integrating business objectives and HR strategy; explaining the value of your function to your top leadership; strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing key talent in the Middle East; managing the challenges of nationalisation programmes; developing a global mindset with regard to identifying and building the skills and competencies needed to achieve global success; moving HR policies and practices from the regional to the international stage; and measuring and proving the return on investment.
