Singapore firm to offer career solutions in Dubai

DUBAI, February 18, 2015

Skills International, a Singapore-based leading global talent transformation firm, will hold two informational conferences on career management solutions for professionals next month in Dubai, UAE.

"Part of Skills International's global solution is to provide opportunities for professionals to gain international experience by opening doors in various international markets, including Canada," said Rohail Khan, CEO of Singapore-based SI Global Holdings.

"On January 1, Canada launched Express Entry, which some are calling the most innovative talent recruiting pipeline in history," he said. "No other country has come close to creating such an aggressive, ‘fast-track’ programme to attract the world's top professional talent."

According to Khan, talent in the Mena region is especially attractive to Canadian employers.

"Professionals in Mena have already proven their adaptability to different cultures and work environments through their success in the region," he says. "That's how Canadian employers know their adjustment time in Canada will be brief and their success rates will be high."

Skills International will hold the two free conferences at the Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel on March 20 for qualified professionals who register at canadajobs2015.com, a statement said.

According to Khan, professionals who attend one of the conferences "will be given an opportunity of a lifetime" to explore career opportunities in Canada with Skills International as their trusted career management partner.

"We help professionals get connected to the right high-paying jobs and careers while they continue to live and work here in Dubai or anywhere in MENA," Khan said. "Skills International's proven, end-to-end career management model provides very little risk with a huge financial upside for professionals anywhere in the world who want to start a career in Canada."

Since 2006, Skills International has connected more than 23,000 career-focused job seekers to good jobs and careers, he noted.

After Canada announced its revolutionary Express Entry program, Skills International launched a global initiative to help foreign qualified professionals around the world explore careers in Canada.

"We first focused on the Indian sub-continent," says Khan. "Since last April, more than 40,000 professionals have registered for more than 170 Skills International Express Entry conferences and meetings in major Indian cities to learn about our Career Management Solution."

"Now it's time to reach out to professionals in Mena starting with Dubai, home of some of the world's most skilled and sought-after talent," Khan said. – TradeArabia News Service
