Julphar to recruit 300 Emiratis

RAS AL KHAIMAH, September 17, 2014

Julphar, a leading UAE-based pharmaceutical firm, has announced plans to recruit 60 Emiratis every year to reach a total of 300 over the next five years.  
 

The move comes as part of the company's commitment to ‘Absher’, an Emiratisation initiative.
 
The company will organise an open day on September 30 to interact with talented locals, it said. Young Emiratis looking for job opportunities available at Julphar across different divisions will be receive advice on the recruitment process.

Asma Eissa Al Zaabi, liaison manager, national force, Julphar, said: “As a leading Emirati company, Julphar highly regards the Absher initiative and we are committed to effectively contribute to this ambitious Emiratisation programme."

“We aim to be the company of choice for talented Emiratis and we make sure our working environment help them achieve their full potential and our training programmes, optimise their competence and creativity,” added Al Zaabi.

Julphar has already established through its training centre the Sheikh Faisal Leadership Programme, specifically designed to grow Emirati leaders to assume managerial positions and take part in the decision-making process.  - TradeArabia News Service
