Alba launches programme for executives

Manama, April 2, 2014

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has launched a three-day leadership programme for its executives and managers as part of the Executive Education series for the year.
 
The ‘Leadership Practices 360 Feedback Process,’ which is being delivered by Prof Richard Daft from Vanderbilt University, US, will enable Alba’s leaders to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. 
 
It includes an intensive self-assessment and inputs from co-workers over the course of the programme.
 
Tim Murray, chief executive officer, said: “At Alba, we believe that education plays a key role in the growth of our organisation. Executive Education is a critical part of our leadership strategy, which enables our management team to compete on the global level.”
 
The Executive Education series is an initiative launched by Alba’s Training and Recruitment Department for for 2013-14 and comprises numerous programmes especially designed for the executive management and managers. - TradeArabia News Service
