Reportage completes work on Phase One of Dubailand project

Reportage Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer, said it has completed the first phase of Rukan Lofts project, which the company is developing in Dubailand area in cooperation with Continental Investments.
One of the major projects in Dubailand, Rukan Lofts boasts more than 800 townhouse units, spanning an area of 2.6 million sq ft and consisting of more than 70% of open and green public spaces that create an ideal home environment for the family.
The Rukan Lofts 1 provides about 349 premium villas, while Rukan Lofts 2 offers 305 villas, said the statement from Reportage.
Its other key development, Rukan Tower will house 488 apartments with a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, it stated.
On the work completion, CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said the completion of Rukan Lofts1 villas reflects the company's ability to implement all their projects as per schedule, which enhances investors' confidence in their projects and the UAE real estate market in general.
The Phase One units will be handed over on December 26 at a special ceremony to be held in Dubailand, he stated.
Suleiman pointed out that the timely completion and handover of Rukan Lofts 1 represents a new episode in the process of its achievements, after the company recently started handing over Al Raha Lofts project in Abu Dhabi.
Despite the challenges associated with the repercussions of the pandemic since 2020, Reportage carried out the construction works according to the specified time plans, he stated.
According to him, the Reportage Properties portfolio includes 19 projects - 17 of which are in UAE, providing about 7,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to the Montenapoleone project in Egypt and Silvana in Turkey.-TradeArabia News Service
