Azizi hosts special sales event for Dubai Studio City project

UAE-based Azizi Developments is hosting a special sales event tomorrow (October 14) for its vibrant mixed-use community, Beach Oasis located at Dubai Studio City, featuring two buildings with a mix of 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom and 36 two-bedroom apartments in addition to several retail units.
Built for the modern, young adults, Beach Oasis is located in one of the most vibrant and youthful areas of the emirate, adjacent to Dubai Sports City and Motor City, said Azizi in its statement.
The two residential and commercial buildings feature a combined 712 units and will add unique value to Dubai’s real estate landscape, it stated.
The event, to be held at Azizi's sales gallery at Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, will offer the visitors and leading investors the opportunity to snap up the newly released units.
