UAE-based developer ZāZEN Properties has announced that they are over 85% complete, as per the latest RERA inspection, and on track for the timely handover of its first project, ZāZEN One, in January next year. 

 

Currently under construction in the vibrant JVT community, ZāZEN One is carving out niche community-centric living spaces with sustainability, design, and quality in mind. They now have all four unit types available for viewing and are excited to show customers a new standard in mid-market segment products.

ZāZEN One offers a mix of one-, two, two-plus-maids, and three-bedroom plus maids room units, and a few exclusive duplex apartments. 

 

Ranging from 881 to 2,803 sq ft, the new project offers, on average, one of the largest living spaces in the area. ZāZEN One has kept on track, achieving key milestones in the last few months including compliance with Trakhees Leed Green Building regulations; ensuring lighting and water control systems and operational sustainability, said a top official.
