Union Properties' unit win Expo 2020 Dubai FM contracts

Union Properties, a leading Dubai developer, said one of its units, ServeU, has secured a major contract to provide facilities management services at 14 country pavilions at the upcoming Expo 2020 Dubai.
 
A leading FM company based in the UAE, ServeU said the agreement includes providing the human resource (HR) and staffing services for the pavilions, such as guide management, cleaning, security and administration, and logistics.
 
The company will execute contracts worth AED18 million ($4.8 million) covering a total area of 30,000 sq m of the Expo 2020 site through its team of 300 experts, technicians and specialists. 
 
In addition to these contracts, the company already had entered an agreement with the UK to provide its pavilion with human resources services and additional manpower. 
 
These awarded contracts further cement ServeU’s reputation as a leading FM organization, known for its capability in providing quality and efficient services through its automated systems and digital innovations, said a top official.
