Promoseven announces sale of Diyar Alkhair commercial spaces

Promoseven Holdings, a leading real estate developer in Bahrain, said its subsidiary, Daih Real Estate Development Company, has announced that it will be offering more than 1,000 sq m of commercial investment space within its latest residential project Diyar Al Khair located at Sanabis.
Recently, Promoseven Holdings had announced that the work was in full swing on the first phase of Diyar Al Khair and with already 80% of the job fully completed, it was on track for handover in November.
The project is directed primarily at the residents of neighbouring communities in the villages of Budaiya, Jadd Hafs, Al Burhama among others, who wish to own an apartment at an affordable price without compromising the main requirements of the apartment and the distinct service facilities, said the developer.
These units within Diyar Al Khair can also be purchased by GCC citizens, it added.
Promoseven Holdings Real Estate Head Ibtissam Laitoum said these commercial spaces are divided into 10 units with a 100 sq m each, with the possibility of space redistribution according to the nature of the commercial activity.
"We devoted particular attention to the commercial units included in the project, and to provide all the necessary services for the investors of these units to ensure the success of their commercial projects, in addition to the integration of commercial activities to create a diverse dynamic market that meets the needs of the residents," she explained.
"Upon completion, Diyar Al Khair will provide an integrated residential community of housing units and public facilities with several landmarks such as the exhibition center, and Seef area in its vicinity.
Thanks to the strategic location, it will offer several opportunities for commercial investment and also job creation, said Laitoum.
