Reportage's 488-unit Dubai tower set for 2022 completion

Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, said more than 20 per cent of the work has been completed on its Rukan Tower project in Dubai, which is scheduled for completion by the last quarter of 2022.
The 488-unit residential development is being developed in cooperation with Continental Investment in the 'Wadi Al Safa 7' area of Dubai Land, adjacent to the Arabian Ranches, and close to the most prominent shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment complexes.
There are large parks, shopping centers, cycling paths and a swimming pool within the development.
With the studio units priced at Dh280,000 ($76,219) onwards, one bedroom apartment at Dh390,000 and two-room apartments from Dh600,000 onwards, the Reportage Properties said there is a huge demand for the Rukan Tower units.
A key attraction for the investors has been the project location, Dubailand, that provides excellent connectivity for residents to many other central areas in Dubai such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbor, and Dubai Marina, stated the Abu Dhabi developer.
Reportage Properties launched this project for sale in the middle of this year following an overwhelming response for its Phase One project, Rukan Lofts that was launched last year.
Rukan Lofts comprises 349 residential villas, with prices starting from Dh575,000 for the one-bed room double floors townhouse and Dh895,000 for a two-bedroom townhouse. The second phase of Rukan Lofts 2 includes about 305 villas.
One of the major real estate projects in the Dubailand region, Rukan Lofts is expected to provide more than 1,200 residential villas, when all stages are completed.
The project has been carefully designed to provide wide green spaces, cycling paths, walking tracks, and various recreational and service facilities. A business area, consisting of retail spaces and places for picnicking, is being designed, it added.
On its upcoming projects, CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said Reportage Properties is developing 10 projects that will provide about 4,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
"We will continue carrying out construction works in all our projects according to the specified time plans. This includes the 378-unit luxury property, Alexis Tower in Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai which is expected to be delivered by the last quarter of 2022.
