RTA, K&A win Bentley 2020 Infrastructure awards

Bentley Systems, a leading infrastructure engineering software company, has announced that two major organisations in the Gulf region - Dubai's Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and Khatib & Alami in Oman - have won the Year in Infrastructure 2020 Awards.
The RTA has clinched two awards - in Comprehensiveness in a Connected Data Environment category and Road and Rail Asset Performance, while Khatib & Alami (K&A) snapped up the award in the Reality Modeling category.
The first award for RTA came for the Collaborative Information System Implementation - Whole Lifecycle Common Data Environment, while the second was for Collaborative Information System Implementation - Whole Lifecycle Common Data Environment.
A multidisciplinary design consultancy which operates primarily across the Middle East and Africa, Khatib & Alami said it won the award for its Geo-enabling Reality Model Tips and Tricks for an Omani project.
According to Bentley, the annual awards programme honours the extraordinary work of Bentley users advancing design, construction, and operations of infrastructure throughout the world.
Sixteen independent jury panels selected the 57 finalists from over 400 nominations submitted by more than 330 organizations from more than 60 countries.
