Bloom's landmark Jumeirah Village projects on track

ABU DHABI, September 20, 2020

Leading real estate developer Bloom Properties has announced significant construction progress across its projects in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. 
 
Despite the challenges that have arisen as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bloom said it  is delivering its projects on schedule, whilst ensuring the safety of all workers as a result of strict adherence to the company’s safety protocols and policies. 
 
The Abu Dhabi developer said its landmark projects in JVC Dubai - Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights - have now achieved a completion percentage of over 90% and 77% respectively.
 
Bloom Towers, which boasts three residential towers with 944 units, is due for completion and handover by the end of 2020. The units range from studios to one-bedroom apartments. 
 
The other JVC project, Bloom Heights - featuring 686 spacious residential apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments across two high-rise towers and featuring world class amenities - is being planned for delivery in Q1 2021.
 
Bloom said units in both the projects were available for sale with attractive payment plans including a stage payment programme schedule of 10% down payment, 15% during construction and 75% five years post-handover.
 
"We are delighted to have achieved significant progress across our projects despite the many challenges facing our industry as a result of the global pandemic," said a company spokesman. 
 
"We remain dedicated to meeting our planned target dates to handover Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights, whilst simultaneously maintaining our strong commitment to the health and safety of our workers," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
