Work in full swing at Azizi's Dubai waterfront-lifestyle project
DUBAI, June 3, 2020
Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that steady progress was being made at Mohammed bin Rashid City’s new project, Riviera, with nearly 60% of the construction and infrastructure work completed in the Phase One of the stylish Dubai development, while the work in Phase Two stands at 37%, and Phase Three 22%.
A stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination located in the heart of MBR City, Riviera will boast 71 mid-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences upon its completion that are conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure and retail hubs of the city.
It has been designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark, said the Dubai developer.
The homes offer spectacular views of the city’s skyline and ensure generous space, spread across three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a lush-green social space, it stated.
The Phase One of Riviera comprises 3,589 residences across 18 towers, consisting of 2,461 studios, 935 one-bedroom, 111 two-bedroom, and 82 three-bedroom units, most of which are projected to be completed in 2020. It has a total built-up area of 375,541 sq. m and a total gross floor area of 180,854 sq m.
Mohamed Ragheb, Executive Director - Engineering Division, said Azizi was making substantial progress in the building of roads, sidewalks, drainage and water systems, backfilling, the laying of telephone line cables and more.
"It is truly a rewarding sight to behold. Riviera is our pride and joy – seeing it come to life, from its design stage to it now turning into a liveable city that will enhance lifestyles for generations to come, fills us all with immense excitement," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
