Dubai-based real estate developer Tebyan has announced the official completion of Sparkle Towers, its newest residential development in Dubai Marina featuring 373 apartments that offers its residents a five-star resort-style living.

Located in a prominent position in Dubai Marina, and affording every resident a sea or marina view, the twin-tower development consists of 29 and 14 storeys respectively and is connected by a four-floor residential podium.

The towers are made up of 373 luxury studio, one-, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses, incorporating the latest technology and high-end fittings and finishes, said a statement from Tebyan.

Of these, 300 units have already been sold, while 75 units have been handed over to the residents, it added.
