Tafawuq FM wins Dubai KOA Real Estate contract

Tafawuq Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group, has announced that it has been awarded a contract by KOA Real Estate Development to provide an array of FM services to its commercial and retail units, Nasab and Noa, in Dubai.

A leading FM company in the UAE, Tafawuq said the services that the Nasab commercial unit will receive include: Cleaning – common areas, stairwells, offices, gym; specialised maintenance – swimming pools, landscaping and irrigation, steam and saunas; and security and lifeguard services.

The Noa retail unit will be provided with the same cleaning services as the commercial unit, in addition to specialised services for pest control, duct and ecological unit maintenance, it added.

Eltizam Asset Management Group COO Mohammed Alsharaf said: "We are delighted to have won yet another project with KOA Canvas, which follows our recent announcement of being awarded a community management contract through our subsidiary Three60 Communities."
