FSI Middle East seals TAD Total FM contract

FSI Middle East, a leading provider of software for facilities management (FM) solutions, has secured a major supply contract from TAD Total Facilities Management, a group located in Sudan and Eastern Africa.
As per the deal, FSI Middle East will be providing TAD with the latest version of Concept Evolution, FSI’s completely web-based computer aided FM solution.
FSI will be responsible for implementing and configuring the new system in line with TAD’s business processes, as well as providing the required training. It will ultimately handover a fully-integrated system which will enable it to optimise its business operations.
“Our strategy is to be a market leader in FM in Eastern Africa and employing 10,000 people over the next five years,” remarked Mohamed Bakhit, the CEO of TAD Total Facilities Management.
"Due to our significant and fast-paced growth strategy we require a high-end CAFM system which provides us with more visibility over our operations, as well as an effective medium to improve the quality of the services we provide through effective and efficient processes," he stated.
"In fact, we researched all the options available in the market over the past year, and we partnered with FSI as our CAFM service provider, as we could see without a doubt that FSI is clearly the leader in the region," he added.
TAD said it will also be integrating its 24/7 helpdesk into Concept Evolution which enables them to schedule all their reactive maintenance tasks as per agreed SLAs and KPIs, which is a huge benefit to both clients and employees.
Established in 2015, TAD currently employs more than 1,000 full-time employees and manages a diverse range of facilities for national and multi-national customers within healthcare, corporate, banking, telecommunication, NGOs and industrial sectors.-TradeArabia News Service
