Arabtec Holding, a leading contractor for social and economic infrastructure, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Target Engineering Construction Company, has been awarded an Dh192-million ($52.2 million) contract by UAE-based Ellington Properties for its new housing project in Dubai - Wilton Park Residence.

Target’s scope of work includes construction, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), landscaping and irrigation works for the 12-storey residential twin towers in Al Merkadh, Dubai.

On the win, Acting Group CEO Peter Pollard said: "We are delighted that Ellington has had the confidence to award Target its second project, highlighting the importance of solid relationships and delivery."

"The project works will commence immediately and is due for completion in two years," stated Pollard.

"Target is also currently working on Ellington’s DT1 project, a high-rise development in Dubai’s Downtown which was awarded in July 2017," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
