ECC wins Nshama's Dubai apartment project contract

DUBAI, June 4, 2018

Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) said it has secured a Dh310-million ($84.3 million) contract from Nshama, a leading UAE-based developer of integrated lifestyle communities, for the design and construction of UNA Apartments within its Town Square Dubai development.

ECC holds a track record of delivering on one-of-a-kind projects and has built a strong presence and solid reputation through its successful ventures and strategic partnerships in the market, said a statement from the company.

Spanning over 90,350 sq m, UNA Apartments is a lifestyle residential community in Dubai that will feature numerous retail areas, 192 studios, and 764 one-bedroom apartments. The main consultant on the project is Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants.

It will require design and construction of two nine-storey buildings with two podium levels accommodating a mixed-use development with numerous retail areas on the ground floor.

For a duration of 25 months, ECC will provide its dynamic engineering solutions to oversee and lead on the project’s design and construction, said the statement.
