UAE developer Emaar Properties has announced a waiver on property registration fees for all residential and commercial sales during the three-day inaugural Dubai Property Festival, which opens on April 9.

Organised by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, the Investment arm of Dubai Land Department introduces, the Dubai Property Festival will run till April 11 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The event will bring together developers and other industry stakeholders for a one-of-a-kind property bonanza in bid to showcase Dubai as a top property destination, said a statement from Emaar, the founding strategic partner of the event.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "The three-day show will catalyse the property sector of Dubai with an intensive, three-day showcase of the largest collection of real estate developments."

During the event, Emaar will be offering special payment plans for a number of its developments, which will be available only during the festival.

"As the pioneer of integrated master-planned communities, we are supporting the event not only as its founding strategic partner but also offering a never-before incentive for our customers. They will have the opportunity to buy into some of Dubai’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations, underlined by the world-class design and build standards of Emaar, in Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar South, Emaar Beachfront, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Marina," he added.

Among the many benefits offered to visitors to the Dubai Property Festival include special discounted prices, low down payment, and lower registration fee from various developers; free legal consultancy; no processing fees and on-site approval by banks; live auctions; and a brokers’ village that presents an inventory of exclusive deals.

Emaar, he said, is also taking the lead by waiving the entire registration fee during the event as well as introducing special payment plans for the various iconic developments to be launched for sale during the three-day festival.

Emaar will have a dedicated pavilion at the Dubai Property Festival, which will showcase all its recently unveiled residential destinations as well as the exclusive new launches. Emaar’s sales team will be on hand to guide investors through the sales journey that can completed instantly.

The projects on display include Beach Vista and Sunrise Bay in Emaar Beachfront, a private island destination in the Arabian Gulf offering exclusive access for residents to a 1.5-km beach; Saffron, the first townhouse community in Emaar South, the 7-sq-km lifestyle destination with tree-lined boulevards, walking and bicycle trails and a well-linked public transport network; Collective, an innovative concept for co-living spaces in Dubai Hills Estate; and The Grand, an ‘ultra-luxe’ residential address in the 6-sq-km Dubai Creek Harbour.-TradeArabia News Service
