Bahrain starts delivery of housing units

Bahrain government has started distributing homes to needy citizens in the Tubli housing project, which will boast all basic services and facilities including public parks, mosques, schools and shops.
The delivery of these residential units is in line with the directives from HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, on the construction and delivery of 4,800 housing units in various governorates, reported BNA, citing a senior official.
Housing Ministry Undersecretary Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa said the distribution process of housing units in the Tubli are of the kingdom would continue as per schedule and on priority basis.
The ministry seeks to fast-track the pace of work in housing units under construction to deliver them to the beneficiaries according to the schedule, he added.
