MAG rebrands property development unit

DUBAI, December 14, 2017

Dubai-based MAG Property Development (MAG PD) has rebranded itself as MAG Lifestyle Development as part of the evolution of the company’s long-term strategic vision and roadmap for the future.

The strategic rebrand focuses MAG Lifestyle Development on building environments that enhance the lifestyles of residents, said a statement from MAG Group.

As part of its mission to contribute to Dubai’s vision, MAG has established two new subdivisions which are ‘MAG of Life’ and ‘MAG of Value’  to cater to all segments of society.

The Emirati group is putting ‘lifestyle development’ into action with a series of ambitious projects that are geared toward enhancing human lives.

MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, the region’s first wellness-inspired real estate and a product of the company’s ‘MAG of Life’ subdivision, is a case in point.

The landscaped master development has been designed in partnership with Delos, a leading wellness real estate and technology company, to provide residents with a holistic and healthy lifestyle by integrating the best of science, health and technology within the built environment, it added.

MAG has dedicated Dh15 billion to its ongoing investment strategy, which was launched in 2014 and will continue until 2020, and the company’s UAE investments reached nearly Dh9.8 billion this year.

With more than eight projects completed in Dubai, MAG has earned its reputation as the provider of innovative, one-of-a-kind developments that deliver on customer needs and desires across the board.   

Al Gaddah said the lifestyle development element of the MAG brand is a natural evolution of the company, as it has always placed a priority on the lifestyles of customers.

"In line with his, we are distinguishing ourselves from the noise of countless other developers with a new company slogan that is at heart a compelling promise to our customers: expect more," he added.

Other projects like MAG 5, MAG Eye and MAG 230 from the ‘MAG of Value’ subdivision are also improving lives by opening up new opportunities for mid-income earners in the residential market.

Accompanying MAG’s revamped brand image is a distinctive new logo inspired by the human eye, a culturally rich symbol which captures the intuition, vision, foresight, attention to detail and beauty that drive the company and characterise its award-winning developments.
