UAE-based real estate developer Eagle Hills and Belgrade Waterfront Capital Investment have launched the sales of The Residences at The St Regis Belgrade, a collection of luxury residences, presented to Europe for the first time.

Belgrade Waterfront, a spectacular new city hub coming up on a 1-million- sq-m area along River Sava in the Serbian capital, will feature world-class residences and offices, BW Galerija mall, hotels, educational institutions, modern healthcare amenities, as well as a 1.8-km-long public waterfront edge and public parks featuring leisure attractions.

With a total construction area of 1.8 million sq m, Belgrade Waterfront is a modern city within the city, said a statement from Eagle Hills, a developer of new city hubs and mixed-use projects in high-growth international markets.

Belgrade will be the first European city to welcome The Residences at The St Regis Belgrade, offering elegant high-end residential properties within Kula Belgrade, the centrepiece of Belgrade Waterfront.

The Residences at The St Regis are present in 12 countries around the world, and Belgrade is the latest in the list of prominent cities to offer the renowned brand, including New York, Bangkok, Atlanta and Abu Dhabi.

These properties will be located between the 14th and 39th levels of Kula Belgrade, which is set to become the highest building in Serbia. The 168-m-tall building will also feature the capital’s highest observation deck, providing memorable panoramic views of the city.
