UAE-based upscale residential, hospitality and commercial property developer Seven Tides is set to unravel its key project - SE7EN Residences The Palm at the upoming Cityscape Global in Dubai.

The 14-storey two tower residential development on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, Dukes Dubai. It will boast around 1,066 units including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The size of the units range between 302 sq ft to 1,707 sq ft.

The apartments have been priced at Dh752,000 ($204,699) for studios, Dh1.03 million (280,372) for one-, Dh1.99 million ($541,689) for two- and Dh3.55 million ($966,329) for three-bedroom units, said the statement from Seven Tides.

The Dubai developer has launched a special promotion for the project at this year’s Cityscape Global, wherein investors can pay just one per cent to reserve a unit and get a free night’s stay in either Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort or Dukes Dubai, it added.

Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides International, said: "Palm Jumeirah continues to be one of the most sought-after locations in Dubai. Not only is this prime real estate, which according to industry experts produces high yields, it will also benefit from capital growth."

“SE7EN Residences will prove to be an excellent addition to the area. This is another standout development, an exclusive property offering luxury residential apartments,” he stated.

Bin Sulayem said: “Our sea facing apartments will be of particular interest, with uninterrupted panoramic views over the Arabian Gulf.”

"The property, which has direct beach access, will boast retail outlets on the ground floor such as a gourmet grocery store, laundry services and a pharmacy," he noted.

"It will be joined at the top by a stunning infinity pool, offering majestic views over the Dubai Marina skyline and what will become the world’s largest ferris wheel, Ain Dubai. There will also be two restaurants at either side of the swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium," he added.

Bin Sulayem said: "What we are offering here is a community lifestyle. We have the distinct advantage of being right next door to two extremely successful projects, the established, quality Oceana complex and the brand-new Dukes Dubai hotel and apartments, with all its facilities and amenities."

Construction work began on the project this month and is likely to be completed by December 2019," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
