RAS AL KHAIMAH, September 25, 2016

Al Marjan Island (AMI) company, a leading waterfront development firm in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), showcased its key projects at the GRI Global forum held in Paris, France, recently.

The event, organised by Global Real Estate Institute, is one of the most important industry events worldwide, which highlights real estate developments and key trends in this sector.

The significance of this world-class event is in its universality as it brings together a galaxy of major companies and real estate experts and consultants, showcasing their latest achievements, in order to promote co-operation in the development of mega projects not only in Europe, but in other parts of the world, said the organisers.

"We are delighted to participate in such a huge global event which reflects our close relationship with major real estate companies and it consolidates our position on the international real estate map," remarked Abdullah Al Abdooli, the managing director of Al Marjan Island.

"GRI gives us the opportunity to exchange economic visions and expertise with key players in the field and also to discuss the capabilities and achievements of the global real estate sector, enabling us to familiarise with the plans and strategies of big companies in a stimulating atmosphere,” he said.

"During the event, we shared our strategy in the development of Al Marjan Island, our projects and opportunities for major investors and developers to search for new partners and experts," stated Al Abdooli, who is also an architect.

A 2.7 million sq m cluster of four man-made islands in Ras Al Khaimah, the AMI extends 4.5 km into the Arabian Gulf and houses luxury hotels, resorts, marinas and world-class residential units.

Abdooli pointed out that the company’s participation at the Paris event was in line with its efforts to boost investments on the Al Marjan Island, which is now one of the most prominent real estate investment destinations in the UAE and the Middle East.-TradeArabia News Service
