MAB Facilities Management, a leading full service facilities management company in the Middle East, has won a number of major projects during the first half of this year.

The contracts include a range of on-site responsibilities for a host of projects under the Emaar Group umbrella, the company said.

The Emaar projects to be handled by MAB Facilities include: Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai; Emaar Square, a commercial precinct in Downtown Dubai; Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7; and Marina Plaza & Waterfront Offices.

The three-year contracts cover cleaning and housekeeping; building engineering/civil works; water tank cleaning and water treatment; energy management; hard landscaping; MEP services; HVAC services; and ELV services.
