Muna Noor, a leading plastic pipe manufacturer and one of Oman’s oldest companies, has opened the first of its new style Pipe and Valves Centres in Salalah, Oman.

The new interior and exterior represents a number of initiatives for the company, through a bright and open environment with less imposing trade counter to remove the physical barriers between customers and employees, said a statement from the company.

Furthermore, the new retail branch offers integrated office areas that allow greater comfort and ease for our team members to greet and serve customers either on the shop floor or in an exclusive meeting area for in-depth consultation, it said.

In addition to focusing on customer needs, we are also proud to showcase our PVC, Polyethylene and Double Wall Corrugated pipes as well as our partners’ products through merchandise, providing the customer with a range of fast-moving stock, trade essentials and seasonal items that are available for immediate selection, it added.

Additionally, customers will also be offered free coffee and water in a comfortable seating environment whilst selecting products they need, said a statement.

Speaking at the opening of the Salalah branch, Phipps stated that Muna Noor plans to open at least four more new style branches before the end of the year with the Barka, Sohar, Muscat and Duqm branches shortly being re-fitted to the same standard as the new Salalah outlet.

Phipps added: “The Salalah launch is a massive landmark for Muna Noor. We are currently working on new locations (including more outside of Oman) for 2017 to ensure we maintain our momentum for growth and reach our target of becoming the “go to company” for large-scale and bespoke state-of-the-art piping solutions.”
