Karcher, a leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, will be showcasing its wide range of
machines for the construction and building sector during its inaugural appearance at The BIG (Builders International Gathering) Show in Oman.

To be held from March 28 to 31, The BIG Show is Oman’s biggest annual exhibition catering to the building and construction industry in the sultanate, the Middle East, and global markets.

Founded in 1935, Karcher, a family-owned business based in Winnenden, Germany, is a leading supplier of cleaning technology to the private, commercial and industrial sectors.

Karcher will be joined by Khimji Ramdas, the company’s dealer in Oman, at the event being held at the Oman International Exhibition Centre in Muscat.

The exhibition was launched in 2002 as Interiors and Buildex and received the UFI-approved (exhibition industry standard) stamp in 2009 but was re-branded in 2010 to The BIG Show.

Last year's BIG Show had attracted 373 exhibitors representing 18 different countries over an exhibition space of 17,700 sq m. It is the largest building, construction, and interior design exhibition to take place in Oman.

Rajesh Rawtani, the area sales manager for export at Karcher Middle East, said: "We are excited to participate at this flagship exhibition for the construction and building industry in Oman, to promote our products as well as a get a deeper understanding of the market."

Karcher will display various machines than can be used in the construction and building industry, but the highlight will be the UHP (ultra-high-pressure) 13/35 cleaner.

The Kärcher product range includes high-pressure cleaners, vacuum and steam cleaners, window vacs, vacuum sweepers, drinking water and wastewater treatment systems, dry ice blasters, garden and household pumps, watering systems and drinking water dispensers.-TradeArabia News Service
