Diyar Al Muharraq to launch seafront unit sales

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, is set to launch the sales of the second phase of its seafront development Al Bareh within its master-planned project on Saturday (February 6).

The move to sell the plots in the second phase of Al Bareh on a freehold basis to all nationalities comes following the success of the previous sale in December last year, said the developer.

The first phase plot sale was a major success with all the residential plots being sold out.

Al Bareh is a seafront development that wholly embraces the elements of nature in a seamless blend and is manifested in the west division of Diyar Al Muharraq, a unique master planned city for the people of Bahrain offering range of housing options and quality lifestyle.

Diyar Al Muharraq offers a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties with a strong line up of projects aimed at creating a long term and sophisticated township.

Al Bareh features three key elements -  sea front residential plots dedicated to encompassing high-end villas that are easily accessible both by sea and by road; residential plots within walking distance to waterfront parks appropriately positioned in the heart of Al Bareh and the residential investment plots overlooking the main road designated for the construction of multi-storey buildings.

Annoucing the sale, CEO Dr Maher Al Shaer, said: "After witnessing the success of the first phase, we are indeed proud to be launching the second phase of Al Bareh which is expected to be met with high interest.
