Kuwait gears up for a bigger Cityscape

KUWAIT, December 2, 2015

With more than 70 exhibitors from across the globe taking part, this year’s Cityscape Kuwait, a premier real estate event, is set to be bigger and better with companies showcasing their projects in over 7,000 sq m of exhibition space, up 40 per cent over 2014.

The second edition of Cityscape Kuwait will run from December 9 to 11under the patronage of HH Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait.

The visitors to the expo can expect numerous real estate launches and special offers at the event, according to the organisers, Informa Exhibitions.

"We are delighted to bring a wide variety of local and international developers and brokers to the real estate investment community in Kuwait. There is widespread anecdotal evidence that, encouraged by low oil prices, Kuwaitis are diversifying their investments both at home and in overseas markets," remarked Deep Marwaha, the group director of Cityscape at Informa Exhibitions.

"Cityscape provides Kuwait-based investors the ideal opportunity to evaluate a number of different projects at the same time, plus get the best deals possible by negotiating directly with the developers," stated Marwaha.
