Dubai-based real estate developer Emaar has unveiled the city’s most prestigious events venue, The Annex, Burj Khalifa, an exclusive space adjoining the world’s tallest building.

Described as ‘the newest and boldest venue’ with unparalleled views of The Dubai Fountain in all its glory, The Annex, Burj Khalifa is set on a sweeping 2,500 sq m area in the heart of Downtown Dubai, described as ‘The Centre of Now’ and the world’s most visited lifestyle destination.

Elegantly designed to be theatrical and bold, it can be customised to suit any theme and concept, said a statement from Emaar.

It is an avant-garde venue that will set the stage for high-end events from art exhibitions to fashion events, product launches, brand previews and high-profile get-togethers, among others.

The Annex, Burj Khalifa has already served as the venue for some of the city’s glitzy events including brand showcases for Chanel, Gucci, Versace Jewellery and L’Oréal.

"The venue also had audiences spell-bound with the third edition of the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience, the largest of its kind fashion event in the region," said a company spokesman.
