Turkey’s Nurol woos GCC property investors

ISTANBUL, August 5, 2015

Nurol Holding, a renowned Turkish industrial conglomerate, has launched its real estate unit in the region and is wooing GGC investors to Istanbul to choose from its wide array of properties.

Nurol Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit), launched in 1997, is committed to superior quality and seeks to operate profitable real estate and property to bring value to its investors, said Ceyda Carmikli Kilicaslan, executive board member of Nurol Reit.

“We would like our residents to have general facilities within the complex they live in order to increase their daily life standards. As Nurol Reit, our projects’ main objective is to build quality properties that make our residents feel as though they have “invested in life”, much like our company philosophy,” said Kilicaslan.

Nurol Reit’s portfolio includes diverse projects in various cities across Turkey, such as Nurol Plaza, which is deemed as the finance and business centre of Istanbul; Nurol Residence, one of the most luxurious housing projects; Karum Business and Shopping Centre, which is among major attraction centres; and Oasis Shopping, Culture and Entertainment Centre.

Nurol Reit’s ongoing key projects to add to its current portfolio consist of the following:

* Nurol Life is situated in Seyrantepe, a prospering landmark surrounded by exuberant neighbourhoods, a statement said.  The building rises over a 9,500-sq-m plot, and consists of 440 tower flats and 26 terrace homes. The residential structure, which combines sophistication, relaxation, and recreation, houses a pyramid-shaped roof bar on the 50th floor and the Pool and Café. Nurol Life is designed by the award-winning architect, Hakan Kiran.

* Nurol Park offers easy access to the two main highways in Istanbul that connects the two continents of Asia and Europe. Planned for completion in 2016, the project is being built upon 55,000 sq m. The mixed-use building, which comprises mainly of residential units, includes a 43,200-sq-m landscaped area, eight residential units, one office block, 84 lofts, 884 tower  units, and 544 residential plots. Activities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness centre for a healthy lifestyle.

The new destination for business and luxury residential comfort, Nurol Tower offers distinctive home offices in Mecidiyeköy, the commercial centre of Istanbul. The property provides  spaces varying from 73 sq m to 193 sq m.

* Nurol Tower Bazaar has cafes, restaurants and shops, such as pharmacy, hair dresser, dry cleaner, as well as ATMs. It has two floors of 36 commercial services units spread over 6,500 sq m. The structure is also aiming to achieve Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification.

Nurol Tower intends to achieve 20 per cent efficiency in energy consumption. Some of the sustainable solutions to be implemented include a reduction of carbon emissions, vegetation appropriate to the regions climate and soil structure, bicycle storage areas, charging stations for electric vehicles, and more. – TradeArabia News Service
