Euro Motors plans $10m body shop facility

MANAMA, July 7, 2015

Bahrain-based Euro Motors has announced plans to build a new state-of-the-art body shop facility worth $10 million.

The company, which is the official authorised car importer of BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ferrari and Maserati in Bahrain, said it has signed an agreement with BR Technologies Mena, an authorised distributor of the Bodyshop Revolution, a turnkey hi-tech solution, which will be implemented in the new facility, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Bodyshop Revolution claims its advanced European technologies and processes typically increase shop efficiencies and reduce cycle time by up to 60 per cent.

The company said that its products and processes work seamlessly together for optimum workflow and the elimination of bottlenecks in all departments.

BR Technologies claims its patented gas catalytic drying robots, panel repair tools and processes offer a continuous workflow environment which will reduce part replacement by up to 40 per cent and dry paint in just 53 seconds.

The agreement was signed by Euro Motors managing director Nawaf Al Zayani and general manager Paul Yates, along with BR Technologies Mena representatives Robert McMunnigal and Richard Sinclair, Gulf House Engineering Company’s Qamar Ul Hassan and Ahmed Omer Trading & Contracting’s Raed Ahmed Omer Saleh. - TradeArabia News Service
