The Seef board has appointed Ahmed Yusuf as the managing director of the company effective from June 1.

The appointment was made during a board meeting this month, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Yusuf holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Kuwait.

He has 21 years of experience across various sectors, including investment and real estate development.

He has held several leadership positions at prominent companies in Bahrain and Kuwait, including Edamah, Ebaad Real Estate and Kuwait Stock Exchange.

“Seef and all its members welcome Ahmed Yusuf in his new role as managing director,” chairman Essa Najibi said.

“We look forward to his leadership role in driving the company towards further growth and achievements.

“Yusuf has extensive experience and talent to move the company forward and we are confident that he will continue to record successes in his new role,” he added.

“I am excited about taking charge of my new responsibilities,” Yusuf said.
