Anantara Residences ... a five-star community in Palm Jumeirah.

Seven Tides to showcase luxury projects at Cityscape

ABU DHABI, April 20, 2015

UAE-headquartered upscale residential, hospitality and commercial property developer Seven Tides will be showcasing two of its Palm Jumeirah luxury projects at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi property exhibition to be held from April 21 to 23.

Headlining Seven Tides’ presence at the popular annual property show will be the Dukes Oceana, Dubai Residences which was launched last week at a special event in Dubai, UAE.

Part of the luxury Dukes Oceana, Dubai hotel and resort complex, the classic European-styled residences comprise 227 hi-spec studio and one-bedroom apartments targeted at the regional and international investment community.

“Dukes Oceana will bring both British charm and cosmopolitan luxury to the UAE, with a unique residence product created to specifically appeal to a well-travelled global audience,” explained Abdulla bin Sulayem, the CEO of Seven Tides.

“Dubai continues to offer excellent value for money even at the higher end of the investment spectrum, especially when it comes to apartment square footage compared to other major metropolises, and these studio and one-bed units are a great entry point or portfolio addition for investors looking for a secure return on investment,” he stated.

The developer has already sold 50 per cent of the units in less than a week, he added.

Sold as fully furnished hotel-managed freehold residences, the 185 studios and 42 one-bedroom apartments range in size from 286 to 652 sq ft (studios) and 782 to 834-sq ft (one-bedroom apartments), with Seven Tides guaranteeing a return on investment (ROI) of 10 per cent per annum for the first five years.

"Each apartment features luxury designer furnishings, expansive walk-in wardrobes and elegant en-suite bathrooms complemented by smart home technology throughout and custom-designed kitchens equipped with the latest domestic appliances," stated bin Sulayem.

Residents will also have full access to the Dukes Oceana, Dubai hotel and resorts’ leisure facilities and support services including five restaurants and lounges, a private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and gym, he added.

The second Seven Tides residential development on show at the Abu Dhabi expo will be the  five-star community Anantara Residences Dubai.

Another Palm Jumeirah-sited development, Anantara Residences Dubai enjoys a prime position on the East Crescent overlooking the Dubai Marina, city skyline or out to the Arabian Gulf, said bin Sulayem.

"With the residences under the Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa remit, and available as a primary or secondary residence or managed let, investors have complete peace of mind with the hotel team responsible for managing the property from guest reservations and housekeeping to maintenance requirements," he remarked.

According to him, a number of South and North Residences apartments including several ultra-luxurious penthouses are up for grabs.

"One and two-bedroom apartments are available with the exclusive ‘blank canvas’ two to four-bedroom penthouses, offering between 7,468 and 13,478 sq ft of shell-and-core space, each coming with spectacular panoramic views, private pools and extensive terraces for private entertaining," he stated.

Under a special promotion, Seven Tides is also offering potential buyers the opportunity to enter into its residences hotel scheme, which gives the owner access to their own property for four weeks per year with the remaining weeks let and managed by the resort.

And guests or tenants have exclusive access to the adjacent hotel facilities including a 4,000-sq-ft gym, 110,000 sq ft of temperature-controlled lagoon pools, six world-class dining and entertainment venues, signature Anantara Spa and a private stretch of white sand beach.

“Dubai is a global gateway with an enviable reputation both from a business and leisure perspective, and with our Anantara product we find that international HNWIs (high net worth individuals) are attracted by the combination of location appeal and investment potential, which is where Palm Jumeirah, especially, ticks all the right boxes,” remarked bin Sulayem.

“Palm Jumeirah is also the only development in Dubai that has experienced an increase over its Q4 2008 highs, with rates up by four per cent in 2014 alone. Its unique and exclusive villa community positioning ensures its competitive edge in a fluctuating market,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
