Leading regional developer Emaar has launched a 55-storey residential flagship tower, Downtown Views, that boasts spectacular views of Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Burj Lake in Dubai, UAE.

Downtown Views is conveniently located adjacent to Downtown Dubai, on the primary Financial Centre Road and Al Sa’adat Street, said a statement from Emaar.

Directly linked to The Dubai Mall, its proximity to the major traffic junction at Sheikh Zayed Road and its location between that and the Al Khail Road/Business Bay ensures that residents are supported by excellent inbound and outbound access to the entire city of Dubai, it stated.

Emaar said the luxury tower will set a new standard of living, offering the full comfort of high-rise apartment life, coupled with abundant access routes to and from home.

Downtown Views consists of 55 storeys, including a nine-storey podium that is part of the ongoing expansion of The Dubai Mall.
