MPM Properties, the real estate consultancy arm of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), has been named the exclusive sales partner for Muraba Residences, an apartment development comprising 46 luxury apartments and four penthouses on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE.

The company expects strong interest in the Muraba Residences, which commands a panoramic view across the Dubai skyline.

Scheduled for handover in April 2016, the Muraba Residences boasts two- and three-bedroom apartments available at prices starting from Dh4.8 million ($1.3 million), while the four-bedroom penthouses will be offered to the right profile of buyer towards the completion of the project, said a statement from MPM Properties.

"Muraba Residences is a prestigious development, and is already proving extremely popular because of its prime location on the Palm Jumeirah, the stunning sea and city views, and the immaculate design and finishing," said its CEO Paul Maisfield.

“Such truly prime developments are not launched every day, and the interest we see shows that demand remains strong for select projects at the high-end of the market,” he added.

Buyers at the Muraba Residences will enjoy luxurious amenities including private terraces, a swimming pool that overlooks the sea, as well as a world-class spa and gymnasium. Viewings of the apartments can be arranged by appointments with MPM.

MPM’s latest report on Dubai’s properties showed 15 per cent increase in sales values in the residential sector during 2014, while the fourth quarter saw quarter-on-quarter increase of four per cent.

On the other hand, rental values grew 10 per cent across Dubai during 2014, but stayed flat during the fourth quarter of 2014.
