Pegasus Realty to shine at Gulf Property Show

MANAMA, March 9, 2015

Award-winning real estate agency Pegasus Realty has confirmed its participation in the Gulf Property Show, to be held at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from 12 to 14 May 2015.

The event, being oranised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), will be held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of Bahrain.

Gulf Property Show takes place alongside two other major HCE-organised exhibitions - gulfInteriors and gulfBID - thus ensuring the continued success of the biggest integrated business-to-business platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.

During the property show, Pegasus Realty will demonstrate to visitors how it is raising the bar for exclusive residential real estate projects in Bahrain as it showcases Juffair Heights - recently voted the ‘Best high-rise residential development’ at the Arabian Property Awards - as well as upcoming projects in Zinj and other parts of Bahrain.

Pegasus Realty managing director Aziz Mithaiwala said: "The company has participated at Gulf Property Show since the exhibition’s inception, and our presence has grown with the show. This year our stand has expanded to 70 sq m, a statement not only of our confidence in and approval for the show, but also our desire to showcase in our home market the wide range of services provided by Pegasus, including exclusive representation of projects, facilitating clients looking to buy and lease properties and property management."

Announced last April, Juffair Heights has already generated a great deal of interest, particularly among Arab and other expatriates living in Bahrain and neighbouring countries, said Mithaiwala.

Construction continues at a rapid pace and the project is ahead of schedule without compromising build quality and contractor safety - boasting 460,000 accident-free man-hours at site, according to him.

The 376 one, two and three-bedroom units at the 28 and 29-storey twin towers will be completed by mid-2016, he added.

Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions, said: "The Gulf Property Show comes at a time of renewed interest in projects across Bahrain, with real estate companies again doing well after a period of relative slow down."

"The involvement of an award-winning, highly reputable company such as Pegasus - a name synonymous with quality and investor protection - is a vote of confidence in our show’s business proposition," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
