Acacia at Park Heights .... a new collection of residential apartments
from Emaar.

Emaar launches project to build 479 residences

DUBAI, February 23, 2015

Leading developer Emaar Properties has unveiled a new collection of residential apartments, Acacia at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate, an integrated master-planned community that marks the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) in Dubai, UAE.

Developed as a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, Dubai Hills Estate is today one of the most sought-after residential communities in Dubai, and has recorded strong investor response to the earlier launch of Mulberry at Park Heights, said a statement from top developer.

Acacia at Park Heights is defined by the panoramic views it offers of the lush-green neighbourhood and the high quality finishes apart from access to world-class amenities including a championship golf course and tennis academy.

Celebrating the joy of an outdoor lifestyle, Acacia at Park Heights features 479 residences in a choice of one, two and three-bedrooms, it stated.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "Dubai Hills Estate, an elegantly-designed smart city hub within MBR City, is one of the popular destinations today for residential end-users and investors. The development is fast coming to life offering exceptional lifestyle choices for its residents."

"Acacia at Park Heights, the new residential project within Dubai Hills Estate, will be a value investment for regional and international investors, with the residents set to become part of a thriving neighbourhood," stated Al Matrooshi.

"The access to outdoor activities will be a great incentive for the home-owners, who will also benefit from the central location of the project," he added.

Acacia at Park Heights is located centrally at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the city’s 12-lane dual carriageway, and in easy access of Sheikh Zayed Road.

The development is only a 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai. Residents will also have access to the Etihad Rail and the upcoming Dubai Metro Purple and Pink lines which will border the development, enabling fast and easy connection, said the statement from Emaar.

Designed for families, Acacia at Park Heights is set amidst a green landscape and open to uninterrupted views of a green central park.

Residents will also have access to an outdoor pool for adults and kids, and jogging and bicycle tracks. The residential tower is also in close proximity to a shopping mall, hotels, schools, multipurpose community hall, fitness centre with steam and sauna rooms, children’s play areas, and communal spaces, it added.

Emaar said it is planning for a sales launch in four cities – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Karachi and London – simultaneously on February 28.

The sales launch will be held in Dubai at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi at the Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower at 10am; in Karachi at Pearl Continental Hotel at 10am; and in London at Stand D50, Dubai Property Show, Olympia West at 10am.

Emaar is also offering long-term investors and end-users the opportunity to register for the Emaar Preferred Access programme.

Those who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes, subject to conditions, through this new customer-oriented initiative, the developer stated.-TradeArabia News Service
