ADCB property unit in ISO recertification success

ABU DHABI, February 9, 2015

Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP), a property services unit of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, said its ISO 9001 (quality standard) registration has been successfully renewed by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) for the second consecutive time.

LRQA, a part of Lloyd’s Register Group, is one of the global leaders in assessing business processes and products to internationally recognised standards.

This recertification (first iissued in 2008) demonstrates ADCP’s effective quality management system to guide and govern its operations, said a statement from the UAE company.

It also assures the organisation’s commitment to provide excellence in delivery of customer service and capability of maintaining a consistent work mechanism, falls under the global quality standards and measures, the statement added.

On the ISO recertification, Abdulla Khalifa Al Suwaidi, the managing director, said: "This confirms ADCP’s commitment to excellence and a reconfirmation of our assurance that the clientele continues to receive the highest quality service. Every staff member of ADCP has contributed in this endeavour."

Acording to him, the ISO 9001:2008 certification places great emphasis on aligning the quality management systems closer to the processes of organisations and focusing on continual improvement.

"External validation of the recertification marks a milestone in our roadmap to achieve excellence with continual improvement in efficiency, effectiveness and delivery of customer service. This accomplishment should not stop our concerted efforts to further improve our service and quality standards to take ADCP to higher levels," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
