Nakheel, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, has invited bids for the construction of the West Beach Club, at Palm Jumeirah in the UAE emirate.

West Beach Club, to be built on the 1.5-km beachside park, will be a high-end beach club facility featuring a shaded park and promenade along with 14 waterfront restaurants.

In addition to a ground plus one-storey clubhouse, the contract encompasses the construction of food and beverage outlets, beach side pools, recreation deck, a gymnasium, landscaping and site infrastructure works.

The bids have to be submitted by January 11, the company said.

West Club Beach is one of the several new residential, retail, tourism and entertainment projects by Nakheel at Palm Jumeirah, the others being Nakheel Mall, The Pointe, The Boardwalk, Palma Residences, Azure Residences, Club Vista Mare and Palm Views.

Nakheel has already signed design and engineering contracts with RSP Architects, Planners and Engineers for the West Beach project.-TradeArabia News Service
