Damac Properties, one of the largest luxury real estate developers in Dubai, UAE, said it is launching a dedicated real estate initiative for UAE nationals.
 
The opportunity will be presented during events taking place on September 27 and 28 at three venues across the country, said the company in a statement.

Under the Damac scheme, UAE nationals will be able to take advantage of the preferential prices and payment plans on luxury villas at its major developements - Akoya Oxygen master development, Akoya by Damac, and the Burj and Al Maktoum International Airport areas.

The events will be hosted at the JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Dubai, the Intercontinental in Abu Dhabi and the Rotana hotel in Al Ain from 2 to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday, it added.   

Within this campaign, Damac will be offering luxury four-bedroom villas at its Akoya Oxygen project for Dh2.22 million ($598,802).

"We are pleased to invite UAE nationals to come and learn more about the luxury living experiences in Akoya Oxygen and other Damac projects and are happy to offer them these special rates and terms,” said Ziad El Chaar, the managing director.

Akoya Oxygen is a 55 million sq ft master development in Dubailand with more than half of the community designated to green, fresh, open spaces. The project includes parks and gardens, an organic market and a high-end wellness centre - a first in the Middle East.

Both Akoya Oxygen and Akoya by Damac will be home to an 18-hole, championship standard, golf course, which will be managed by the Trump Organisation and include luxury villas and mansions which reflect the highest quality standards expected in Dubai.

El Chaar said Akoya Oxygen will be the most green community in Dubai; a tranquil oasis of calm and peace which offers the perfect escape from the busy city life.
