Oman's Ministry of Transport and Communications has floated its eighth package of tenders for the Al Batinah Expressway project, a report said, adding that the tender documents will be distributed until August 28 and will be opened on September 22.
Three contracting firms, including Consolidated Contractors and Larsen & Toubro (Oman), have already bought the documents, added the report in the Times of Oman, citing the Tender Board website.
