The company was able to drive in investments from long term investors and end users—majority of which were made up of VIP’s like members of royal families, elite businessmen, famous Arab actors and singers, it said.

These projects include The La Casa, Rasha, Lila, and Palma projects in the Arabian Ranches and the Stand Point, Fountain Views, Vida, Boulevard Point and Burj Vista projects in Downtown Dubai.

Basel Al Kasem, managing director, said: “We would like to thank Emaar Properties for awarding us with this ‘Platinum Award’—which is testament to their continued trust and confidence in allowing us to market and promote their distinct line of high-end residential properties in the UAE.”
