CBRE Mideast makes two key appointments

Dubai, February 2, 2014

Global real estate consulting firm CBRE has made two key appointments as part of its Middle East growth strategy.

Kevin Gadsby joins the firm’s Dubai operations as its director and head of building consultancy and will work towards developing the growing building consultancy practice.

Gadsby comes with more than 25 years experience in the real estate sector, having served most recently as a senior project manager for Qatar Project Management.

Margaret MacDonald has joined as an associate director in the firm’s valuation team.

Based in Abu Dhabi, MacDonald will provide valuation and development advisory for secured lending, accounting and other purposes on behalf of banks, financial institutions, funds, investors, property developers, public listed companies and government entities.
