New Arabesque-style villas to launch in Dubai

Dubai, February 2, 2014

Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based property developer, is set to launch its first Arabesque-style villa community in Arabian Ranches, an established lifestyle neighbourhood in Dubai.

The new Yasmin villa community features 98 culturally-inspired villas in five different types of four- to six-bedrooms, said a report.

The villas feature a design inspiration from the unique interpretation of the Arabian colour palette, minimalistic clean lines of woodwork and polished floors, besides access to the leisure, entertainment, and social destinations in the emirate.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director, said: “Yasmin is a tribute to the Arabesque architectural features that find expression in several of our developments. An exclusive lifestyle choice, ideal for families, Yasmin takes residents closer to the heritage elements of the Arabian culture, which is reflected in the design inspirations.”

Arif Amiri, Chief Commercial Officer, Emaar Properties PJSC, added: “The launch of our new Yasmin community in Arabian Ranches reflects the growing demand for premium villas in Dubai that are ideal for families.”

Other amenities include a ‘Residents’ Club,’ which offers home-owners the opportunity to rejuvenate the mind and body; a gymnasium; a pool encircled by quaint cabanas; indoor running track; and a beauty salon and spa.

The outdoor facilities include a 247-acre golf course; the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club; community parks and gardens, equipped with barbeque deck; children’s area; tennis courts; football pitches; and a gourmet restaurant.

Emaar will launch Yasmin villas simultaneously in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on February 5, in addition to a dedicated showcase at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh on February 8. - TradeArabia News Service
