Albatha Engineering group, part of Albatha Holdings, has acquired a substantial stake in the UK-based A N Wallis, a leading manufacturer of ‘earthing and lightning protection’ products.
A N Wallis, a company established in 1946, is based in Nottingham.
This acquisition is in line with Albatha Group’s diversification strategy to enter international markets, a statement said.
Tecon Limited, a market leader in the earthing and lightning protection system in the UAE, is a part of Albatha Engineering Group and has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of A N Wallis products in the UAE. They are already the authorized distributors in Saudi Arabia and Oman.
“We are proud to be an UAE based company that has gone global by taking this substantial stake in an international company.
